La présente politique est émise conformément aux règles 3119-3129 de l'Organisme canadien de réglementation du secteur des investissements (OCRCI) concernant la meilleure exécution des ordres des clients et au Règlement national 23-101 sur les règles de négociation (« Règlement 23-101 ») et conformément aux Règles de négociation de l'Organisme canadien de réglementation du secteur des investissements (« l'OCRI »). En ce qui concerne l'exécution des ordres, MogoTrade Inc. (« MogoTrade » ou « nous ») est tenue d'obtenir les conditions d'exécution les plus avantageuses raisonnablement disponibles dans les circonstances lors de l'exécution des ordres des clients. MogoTrade est tenu de prendre en compte une gamme de facteurs d'exécution et de déterminer leur importance relative en fonction des caractéristiques de nos clients, des commandes que nous recevons et des marchés sur lesquels nous opérons. The ability to submit trade instructions via phone is available only in extenuating circumstances andcan only be executed through MogoTrade Inc.'s trade desk. The MogoTrade Client Success team is notauthorized to submit any trade orders on behalf of clients.
